The prices aren’t bad, and I’ve seen some decent deals, but the shipping cost can make it feel less worth it sometimes. Maybe it’s just me, but once shipping gets added, the value doesn’t always seem as good. Overall, it’s okay for what you pay, just not amazing...

The pouches felt really fresh, which reminded me of opening a brand-new pack back when I’d grab one before heading out on weekend trips. Most of them were great, but one can was a bit dry compared to the others. Still, overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a few cans from europesnus.com, and the nicotine strength felt way off. One of them was supposed to be strong, but it barely hit compared to what I usually get from other places. It kind of felt like one of those products that works when it wants to, which is really frustrating when that’s the main reason you bought it.
Maybe it was old stock, maybe the labeling was wrong, I have no idea. Either way, the whole order felt like a waste because I specifically picked it for the strength. Annoying experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

My first order was okay overall, and the product itself was fine. That said, the delivery felt slow, and I didn’t get many helpful updates along the way, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating. I tried to return my order from europesnus.com, the whole thing ended up being more stressful than I expected. The return instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to reach out just to figure out what I was supposed to do.
Support took quite a while to get back to me, and even then I felt like I was repeating the same questions without getting a straight answer. It kind of felt like the return was something they’d rather I just gave up on.
After all that, the process dragged on way too long and I still ended up losing money on shipping. If returns are usually like this, I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Customs nightmare, honestly not worth it"
My order got stuck in customs and it turned into such a headache. I had to deal with extra fees and a bunch of back-and-forth emails myself, which was beyond frustrating. The site really didn’t make any of this clear enough before I paid, so I felt blindsided. It took forever to arrive and by the end I was completely over it. Definitely won’t be ordering again, way too much hassle for what it’s worth

I think it’s only fair to mention that the box arrived with a snus label clearly showing, so it wasn’t discreet at all. I would’ve expected more privacy with this kind of order, especially since packaging is something customers reasonably care about.
